Le Pressoir is one of our largest and most spacious holiday gîtes at Emerald Coast Gîtes, offering the perfect setting for a relaxing family holiday in Brittany. With three bedrooms, two upstairs bathrooms and a downstairs cloakroom, it’s ideal for larger families, two generations holidaying together or grandparents joining in the fun.

At the heart of Le Pressoir is the newly renovated open-plan kitchen and living area. The beautiful new kitchen features stylish cabinetry, solid oak work surfaces and a generous central island, creating a welcoming space for cooking, chatting and spending time together. Combining contemporary comfort with original wooden beams and rustic charm, the renovation has given Le Pressoir a fresh, modern feel while retaining all the character of a traditional Breton gîte.

The spacious lounge and dining area offer plenty of room for everyone to unwind, while outside, the large private front garden is perfect for enjoying a morning coffee, alfresco meals or simply relaxing in the fresh Brittany air.

Guests also have access to all the family-friendly facilities at Emerald Coast Gîtes, including our heated swimming pools, indoor soft play area, outdoor play facilities and much more.

Whether you’re travelling with young children, teenagers or grandparents, Le Pressoir offers the space, comfort and flexibility for a memorable family holiday in Brittany.

Le Pressoir, an old cider press, has a large open plan kitchen and living/dining room. Two sets of French windows, one opening onto the central playarea, the other a large private lawn. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including an oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a full range of utensils.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master with a large ensuite shower room. A separate family bathroom is also on this floor. The master bedroom has a double bed, there is a twin bedroom where the beds can be pushed together and a child’s bedroom with an amazing cabin/bunk bed and is really cutely decorated.

The front bedrooms overlook the fields and countryside to the front of Emerald Coast Gites.

For all reasons, the following cancellation terms will apply:

30% non-refundable deposit, payable on booking will be retained.
Once balance is paid, the following policy is in place:
50% balance retained if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
100% balance retained if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival..

If you have to cut your holiday short because for any reason, and you have already commenced your holiday, no refunds will be given.

Refunds will be made within 1 week of the planned departure date.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES BY US: We do not expect to have to make any changes to your booking, but sometimes problems occur and bookings have to be changed or cancelled or errors corrected. If this does happen we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practicable, inform you of the situation and refund payments already made.
