La Vieille Grange was once a grand Breton barn. Today, it has been lovingly converted into four unique gîtes, each with its own character but sharing the same rustic charm. Every corner still whispers a little of its past — from old beams to stone walls — now reimagined as warm and welcoming holiday homes.

Number Three, part of La Vieille Grange, is a spacious three-bedroom gîte with plenty of room for families or friends to relax together. Set in the middle of the converted barn, it overlooks the courtyard and has a large private terrace at the rear — perfect for family meals, evening drinks or simply soaking up the countryside peace.

Inside, the lounge is bright and welcoming, with a comfortable sofa, large pouf, a flat-screen TV, and French windows leading out to the terrace. A children’s play corner with a chalkboard and den makes it especially appealing for younger guests.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including an oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and a full range of utensils.

Upstairs, there are three bedrooms and a family bathroom. One has a double bed, while the other two are twin rooms — one styled especially for children, with extra-low beds that little ones love.

Spacious, flexible and family-friendly, Number Three is ideal for large families, groups of friends, or multi-generational holidays — as well as smaller families who enjoy having room to spread out.

For all reasons, the following cancellation terms will apply:

30% non-refundable deposit, payable on booking will be retained.
Once balance is paid, the following policy is in place:
50% balance retained if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
100% balance retained if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival..

If you have to cut your holiday short because for any reason, and you have already commenced your holiday, no refunds will be given.

Refunds will be made within 1 week of the planned departure date.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES BY US: We do not expect to have to make any changes to your booking, but sometimes problems occur and bookings have to be changed or cancelled or errors corrected. If this does happen we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practicable, inform you of the situation and refund payments already made.
