Le Pressoir is our flagship gîte — a stunning and spacious three-bedroom holiday home in the heart of Brittany, perfect for larger families, groups of friends, or multi-generational getaways. This beautifully restored gîte is brimming with authentic charm, from its original features to its warm, welcoming atmosphere.

The large, private lawned garden at the front is ideal for outdoor play, family barbecues, or simply relaxing in the sunshine. With plenty of space to spread out, Le Pressoir is a fantastic choice for families holidaying together or sharing with grandparents.

Whether you’re planning a family reunion or a peaceful countryside retreat, Le Pressoir offers the perfect base for your family-friendly holiday in Brittany.

Le Pressoir, an old cider press, has a large open plan kitchen and living/dining room. Two sets of French windows, one opening onto the central playarea, the other a large private lawn. There is also a downstairs toilet.

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you need, including an oven, gas hob, extractor fan, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine and a full range of utensils.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master with a large ensuite shower room. A seperate family bathroom is also on this floor.

The front bedrooms overlook the fields and countryside to the front of Emerald Coast Gites.

Its service provides guests with the opportunity to add enhanced refund terms during the checkout process of booking, which enables them to request a full refund from XCover should they, or anyone in their party, be unable to attend their stay due to unforeseen circumstances. For all reasons, the following cancellation terms will apply:

30% non-refundable deposit, payable on booking will be retained.
Once balance is paid, the following policy is in place:
50% balance retained if cancelled more than 30 days before arrival.
100% balance retained if cancelled 30 days or less before arrival..

If you have to cut your holiday short because for any reason, and you have already commenced your holiday, no refunds will be given.

Refunds will be made within 1 week of the planned departure date.

CANCELLATION & CHANGES BY US: We do not expect to have to make any changes to your booking, but sometimes problems occur and bookings have to be changed or cancelled or errors corrected. If this does happen we will contact you as soon as is reasonably practicable, inform you of the situation and refund payments already made.
